Request deletion of your data

If you would like Golden Tropics Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd to delete personal data we hold about you, email info@goldentropics.com.my with the subject “User data deletion request”. Include the name and email address associated with your request so we can verify your identity.

What happens next

• We will verify the request and acknowledge it by email.
• We will delete or anonymise eligible personal data within the period required by applicable law.
• Some booking, payment, or accounting records may need to be retained where Malaysian law requires it.
• We will confirm what was deleted and explain any information that must be retained.
